We hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you need to exchange an item(s), we offer an online credit for the exchanged amount within 14 days from the date that your package arrives. We do not offer money back. Due to our low prices, customer pays return shipping fee. To avoid return shipping fees, you may exchange in store. Please bring in item(s) following all requirements (unworn, tags attached) and we will issue you an in store refund. Online exchanges receive an online credit and in store exchanges receive an in store credit. Inventory will vary between the two.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached when applicable.
- Nursing bras or undergarments
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Shoes that show any signs of wear or missing tags
To complete your exchange, please contact us directly via Instagram message @ohm_maternity or call us at 980-939-1690. If you cannot reach us, please try again. We cannot promise to return any voicemails at this time due to limited staff. As we grow, we will increase the ways to reach us.
A refund will not be given if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or missing it's original tags
- Any item is returned more than 14 days after tracked delivery to you
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an online "gift certificate" with the exchanged amount will be emailed to you with a unique code for your next purchase.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact us so that we can gather the name it was purchased under and process your request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
