We totally get that online shopping from home in our PJ's is way more fun- but it doesn't always work out. No worries! We are happy to exchange any unworn items for credit.
Online return = online credit. Customer pays return shipping fees
In store return = in store credit. Some exclusions may apply.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date your package is delivered to your door.
Sorry but we do not offer money back. Exchanges/credits only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags attached that came on it.
- Sale items that are out of season
- Gift cards
- Shoes that show any signs of wear or missing tags
A refund will not be given if:
- Any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or missing it's original tags.
- Any item is returned more than 14 days after tracked delivery to you
- Sale items that are out of season or we are approaching the next season. This is subject to One Hott Mamma's discretion.
To initiate an online exchange:
Social media is our jam so to complete your exchange, please contact us directly via Instagram message @ohm_maternity. You can also call us at 980-939-1690. If you cannot reach us, just try again. We will give you details on where to ship your return from there.
To redeem online:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and an online "gift certificate" with the exchanged amount will be emailed to you with a unique code for your next purchase.
To exchange in store:
Simple! For in store exchanges, please bring the item(s) to the store during business hours. We will process your in store exchange/credit from there. Feel free to shop now or save your credit for later. * Items will only be accepted free of animal hair and excessive wrinkles so please be sure to bring them accordingly.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please contact us so that we can gather the name it was purchased under and process your request. We must have the name it was purchased under to find it on our end.
The customer will be responsible for paying any and all shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend tracking when shipping items back.
